Clients are required to notify our office at least 3 business days in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment. This allows us to manage our scheduling and staffing effectively.

2. Cancellation Charge:

If a cancellation notice is not received at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled appointment, SuperMaids reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee compensates our staff for their time and ensures we can maintain the highest quality of service for all our clients.

3. Emergency Situations:

We understand that emergencies can occur that are out of your control. In the event of an unforeseeable emergency that prevents timely cancellation, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. We ask that clients inform us as soon as possible about the emergency situation so we can handle it appropriately.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office directly by phone or email. Our contact details are available on your booking confirmation and on our website.

5. Refunds:

If you have prepaid for services that are subsequently cancelled in accordance with our policy and qualify for a refund, the amount will be processed back to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Repeated late cancellations or failure to notify us of a cancellation (no-shows) may lead to restrictions on your ability to book future services with SuperMaids.
